Each year, the ADR Board of V.M. Salgaocar College of Law conducts a Certification Course through its Knowledge Sessions, which are carefully curated programmes designed to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with particular emphasis on the fundamentals of negotiation and mediation.

These sessions are conducted by Expert Assessors, who are internationally acclaimed professionals possessing extensive academic and practical experience in the field of mediation. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical insights, the Knowledge Sessions seek to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world dispute resolution practices.

The programme is open to students as well as professionals from the general public, irrespective of their field of study, and aims to equip participants with essential conflict resolution skills that are increasingly relevant across legal, corporate, and interdisciplinary domains.
