Mock Trial 2016

Mock Trial, 15th December 2016

On 15th December, 2016 the students of 5th Year B.A. LL.B presented a mock trial in the Moot Court Room of V. M. Salgaocar College of Law.
The preparation of the Mock trial began on 21st November 2016, as soon as the college reopened. On formation of the group the students met the Professors in charge for the activity, i.e. Dr. G. Shaber Ali, Dr. Kim Rocha Couto and Dr. Kotagiri Srinivasa Rao for discussion. The Professors gave varied topics and a choice was given to the students to choose a topic for the mock trial. Upon a unanimous view expressed by everyone, the topic chosen was grievous hurt.
