This Policy is applicable to the use of Cyber facility in and connected to the
Institution. It includes the use of internet and connected accessories on capus
including the Cyber lab, Research Room, Classrooms and Library and other
areas where internet access and IT support is provided by the College.

The students shall abide by the following rules:

9Use of internet and IT facilities shall be made for academic purposes only.

9Sharing of College email id password and access through college ID by non-students
is strictly prohibited.

9No food/refreshment items are allowed in the Cyber Lab or Research Room.
9The students shall handle the computers and connected gadgets of the Institution with care and will be liable to compensate for damage, if any.
9Students should not shift any computer equipment from the designated places.
9The students should not move any item from the Research room or cyber lab without the permission of the Cyber Administrator.

9No pornography, sexually explicit, or potentially offensive material may be viewed or
downloaded.

9Playing games or using computers for entertainment is strictly prohibited.

9Labs shall not be used for hacking activities or any type of unauthorized access.

9The college does not take responsibility for any student items left or lost in the Cyber lab or research room.

The IT support is extended by the College for student progression and the students are expected to use the College IT resources with due care and responsibility.
